Signing Up With ClickBank
There are literally Ten's of Thousand's of affiliate programs you can participate in. Basically, any company trying to do business on the web WITHOUT an affiliate program, is dead of dying.
ClickBank is the online distribution center for over 10,000 digital products and services that are delivered entirely over the Internet. Each vendor (merchant) selects an affiliate commission percentage for their products in advance. Affiliates (you) promote the products, and refer interested customers to the vendor's web site. The vendor's web site explains the product, and refers customers directly to ClickBank to buy it. ClickBank makes the sale, pays the vendor, and pays the affiliate. Affiliates can freely promote any product and be assured that they will be paid for every sale they generate. Vendors can freely accept new affiliates without fear of fraud or misrepresentation. ClickBank's services are underpinned by four patents that protect key aspects of the system, including the linking of payment to the distribution of commissions.
It is absolutely free to sign up as a ClickBank affiliate and you can use the same ClickBank account to be an affiliate for any of their 10,000+ merchants. You will be issued your own account with log in access and will be paid by check on the 1st and 16th of every month.

You will come to a screen that looks like Fig1 below:
Fill in your personal information, so they know where to send your checks! Where it says, Address of your web site. (if any), just leave this blank. Then they will ask you to make an Account Nickname. This will be your nickname when promoting products and logging into your account, so pick something that is easy for you to remember. Write down your Username and Password, and put them in a safe place!
After your account is set up, go to the Login Page. (see Fig2 below) and look around.
This is where you will track your sales and see how much commission you have accumulated. ClickBank will also send you an email as soon as a sale is made, so you are always on top of things. Another great feature, is when you promote multiple programs from ClickBank, all your sales will show up in the same account and you will receive one nice fat check!
Now go to the ClickBank Market Place and click on one of the categories. You will see different links with "EARN 75%" or whatever percentage this site is offering next to it. These are the sites, and remember there are over 10,000, that you can promote and receive commissions from.
Now when it comes to linking to a site with ClickBank, it's virtually the same across the board. They track sales by the use of what they call "HopLinks". The format is as follows:
HTTP://AFFILIATE.VENDOR.HOP.CLICKBANK.NET
You will replace "AFFILIATE" with your ClickBank Nickname and "VENDOR" with the merchants's Nickname. Example for site, http://www.forexenterprise.com VENDOR's nickname is 1free. If your nickname for ClickBank was shbsnt, than your "Hoplink" would look like this:
http://shbsnt.1free.hop.clickbank.net
Go ahead and click on it, it will bring you to http://www.forexenterprise.com site. This is how it's done for every site on ClickBank, the only thing you will have to change is the "Vendors_Nickname" if you wanted to promote their site.
Helpful Hint: If you click on the percentages next to the site links on ClickBank and enter your nickname, it will make your "HopLink" for you!
